Austrian organic wine from Loidesthal, Weinviertel
An adventure through our grape varieites,- refreshing and easy drinking cuvée. The wine shows a flowery nose with notes of grapefruit, apple and spiciness. The lower alcohol and the refreshing acidity makes this wine to a delight drinking partner.

Varieties: Grüner Veltliner (40%), Welschriesling (30%), Muscat (20%), Weißburgunder (10%)

Soil: chalky loess soils
Ripe and healthy grapes were harvested and macerated with whole bunches in the press for a couple of hours. Af- ter pressing the juice went through fermentation in stainless steel tanks and oak barrels to keep the freshness and fruitnotes. Muscat was fermented on the skins for 10 days to gain deep, and herbal aromatic, texture and tannins and is aged in big oak cask. After a few month on the full lees in the vessels the wine was blended and bottled without fining or filtration.
