Blanc de Blancs
N.V. brut nature, dry
Austrian sparkling wine from Loidesthal, Niederösterreich
Complex scent of brioche and pear. Explosive voluminous impressions, persistent perlage and an elegant acidity full of salty freshness provides a lively entry on the palate. Very dense and compact, hints of ripe green apples and a rich and finely strucure; pure and straight with a lingering, refreshing finish.

The grapes are hand harvested at the ideal ripeness point into small boxes following by gently whole bunch pressing. The wine matures for ten months in stainless steel tanks and big oak casks.
