A complex natural rosé wine from best Pinot Noir & Sankt Laurent vineyards. Delicate fruit notes, energetic minerality and silky texture. This wine has an iconic character with a strong personality.

The ripe and healthy PN & SL grapes were hand harvested in the beginning of October. After crushing the grapes, they had skin contact for 24 hours to extract flavor & structure from the skins. Followed by gentle pressing, the juice went through fermentation with natural yeasts in 500 l oak barrels. After lees contact and maturing in the big oak barrel the wine went to bottle without any filtration and fining with just a minimal amount of sulfur.
